About us

Founded in 2018 by local entrepreneurs, Job Alliance has built a name and expertise through the Fix Auto network, well known in the automotive industry in Quebec.

It is the pressing needs to fill the most in-demand positions that have led us to specialize in the hiring of temporary foreign workers. It has become clear that the labor shortage does not only affect a few sectors, but represents a major challenge for the development of local businesses.

Our desire is to help companies solve their workforce problems by offering them a long-term solution while offering individuals unexpected future prospects.
